In a sufuria put in meat that is cut into small pieces. Add in salt and some water to allow it to boil.

Then add in oil as the water is almost finished from the sufuria.

Allow the meat to brown a little. Then add in garlic plus ginger. Cook until a sweet aroma is produced. Add in tomato paste and stir. Then add in cayenne pepper and curry powder then stir well. Then adding pilau masala.

Cook for 3 minutes. Then add in boiling water.

Add in rice and cook until ready.

After 45 minutes add a little water then allow it to simmer.

Serve when ready.
