Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsmilk
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 3 tspcornflour
  5. 1 cupfresh cream
  6. few drops of kewda essence
  7. 3-4green cardamom - crushed
  8. few drops of yellow food colour
  9. 1 tbsppistachios chopped
  10. sugar powder as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Mix cornflour with 1 cup of water in a bowl or glass.

  4. 4

    Add cornflour in milk and stir it continuously.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Switch off the gas and add crushed cardamom and essence.

  7. 7

    Keep it for cool in fridge for 1 hour.

  8. 8

    Add cream, sugar powder, yellow food colour in a bowl and blend it, till it gets little thick.

  9. 9

    Fill 3/4 of glass with cornflour mixture and rest of with cream.

  10. 10

    Garnish with pistachios.

  11. 11

    Serve chilled.
