It's an North-yeast dessert, which is very yummy and easy to make.
Steps

Boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Mix cornflour with 1 cup of water in a bowl or glass.

Add cornflour in milk and stir it continuously.

Cook it for 2-3 minutes.

Switch off the gas and add crushed cardamom and essence.

Keep it for cool in fridge for 1 hour.

Add cream, sugar powder, yellow food colour in a bowl and blend it, till it gets little thick.

Fill 3/4 of glass with cornflour mixture and rest of with cream.

Garnish with pistachios.

Serve chilled.
