Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  1. 3barley rusks
  2. 2red tomatoes firm and ripe
  3. 50 grfeta cheese
  4. 2 tsppitted and sliced olives (green or black)
  5. 2 tspcaper flowers
  6. some good quality olive oil
  7. 1 pinchsea salt
  8. 1 pinchoregano

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Brake the rusks into rough chunks and place them in a plate.

  2. 2

    Wash and cube the tomatoes, put them on top of the rusks.

  3. 3

    Break the feta cheese in chunks on top of the tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with some good quality olive oil.

  5. 5

    Add the sea salt, the oregano, the capers and the olives.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
