  • 1banana flower
  • 2potatoes
  • 1/2 cupboiled chana
  • 1 teaspoonginger paste
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmuric powder
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee

    Mix all the imgridients in the boiled mocha

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan add the potatoes fry

  3. 3

    Add the mocha and chana

  4. 4

    Cover it and cook

  5. 5

    Finally add ghee and garam masala powder
