1/2 kgtinda
3 tbspoil
1/4 tsphing
1 tsp cumin seeds
to tasteSalt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp gram masala
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 bowlcurd
1 tbspcream
as neededCoriander for garnish

First heat a pan in oil add hing, jeera, and tinde(cut in plus sign)

Add salt and turmeric cook till tinde cooked

Add red chilli, coriander powder, gram masala. Mix well

Add curd and cream

Cook 5 min

Ready garnish with coriander
