Steps

Take a pan on flame add ghee.

Add sewaiya and some chop nuts and roast it about 2-3min.

Now add milk and boil untill get thick.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder cook some time more.

Switch off the flame and lastly add rose water.

Now serve hot/chill sewaiya. I like it chill. Garnish with few chop nuts.
