Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram(about 8 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups(about 500 grams) ghee or clarified butter
  • 1 1/4 cups(about 300 ml) warm water
  • 3 tablespoonssesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoonskahk flavoring (or substitute with a mix of vanilla and a pinch of nutmeg if unavailable)
  • 2 tablespoonsactive dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoonsugar

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Shape the dough into cookies using a kahk mold or by hand. Let them rise.
