Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsparboiled broccoli florets
  2. 1/4 cupparboiled baby corn, cut diagonally
  3. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  4. 2asparagus sticks cut into 2 inch pieces and par boiled
  5. 1 teaspoonfinely chopped garlic
  6. 1/2 cupsliced spring onions
  7. 1small carrot chopped and parboiled
  8. 1/2 cupsliced capsicum
  9. 1/2 cuppaneer /cottage cheese cubed
  10. 1/2 cupparboiled french beans, cut diagonally
  11. 1 teaspooncornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  12. 1/4 tspsugar (optional)
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/2 teaspoonpepper powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoonroasted white sesame seeds for the garnish

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.

  2. 2

    Add the onions, capsicum, broccoli, baby corn, asparagus, french beans and carrots and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Just ensure the crunch of the vegetables.

  4. 4

    Add the cornflour-water slurry, paneer cubes, sugar, salt and pepper and cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till every thing gets well blended

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame and do the plating.

  6. 6

    Garnish with roasted white sesame seeds and serve immediately as side dish.
