Ingredients

  1. 3Potatoes boiled
  2. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  3. 1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tablespoonOil
  7. 1Onion sliced
  8. 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala
  9. as neededCoriander leaves few

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes in a cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add onion saute till brown colour now add cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Now add potatoes and other spices mix well

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup of water and Cooked

  5. 5

    When oil comes from sides off the flame garnish with coriander leaves and serve
