Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsChana dal
  2. 4-5Onion chopped medium size
  3. 2-3Green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. 1 bunchspinach chopped
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Soaked chana dal for overnight at least 4-5 hours

  2. 2

    After soaking then grind it make smooth paste/batter

  3. 3

    Then remove batter in one bowl add chopped onion, grated ginger, chilli, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt mix it well

  4. 4

    Then heat the pan ads oil after oil is hot make small balls or shape like tikki pour in the hot oil

  5. 5

    Fry in medium flame till golden brown fry from both sides

  6. 6

    Dal wada is ready to eat serve with green chutney or tomato sauce

  7. 7

    You can add chopped spinach in batter for making Chana dal palak wada using same procedure just only add chopped spinach

  8. 8

    Your Chana dal palak wada is ready to serve with any type of chutney, sauces etv
