Soaked chana dal for overnight at least 4-5 hours

After soaking then grind it make smooth paste/batter

Then remove batter in one bowl add chopped onion, grated ginger, chilli, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt mix it well

Then heat the pan ads oil after oil is hot make small balls or shape like tikki pour in the hot oil

Fry in medium flame till golden brown fry from both sides

Dal wada is ready to eat serve with green chutney or tomato sauce

You can add chopped spinach in batter for making Chana dal palak wada using same procedure just only add chopped spinach
