Grind Suji in a grinder make a smooth flour add salt use water make a soft dough keep aside for 20 minutes.

Cut vegetables lengthwise

Take 1/2 spoon oil heat add onion sauté for 30 seconds on full flame add all vegetables reduce flame to low sauté for 1-2 minutes add salt, soya sauce, black pepper. Salt carefully because you already add in Suji and soya sauce has salt too keep aside.

Make balls with suji dough u can make 8 big size spring roll in 1 cup suji roll spread oil dust maida roll 2nd ball in same size place it on 1st one roll together very lean make Tava hot cook both sides slightly now you can easily separate both.

Takes bowl add 1 spoon maida make thick paste with water for pasting. Take a suji chapati place 1 side vegetables and roll it paste with maida pasting

Roll all like that deep frying on full flame serve with sauce
