Ingredients

15 minutes

  • 1Brinjal sliced
  • 1Potato cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and marinate the Brinjal slices and Potatoes with salt turmeric powder and sugsr

  2. 2

    Fry this on low flame

  3. 3

    Cover and cook till it become soft

  4. 4

    Serve it with plain rice or chapati
