I have been looking for a muffin or bread recipe using oats flour that tastes and looks good. Found one

In a medium mixing bowl, measure oats flour. Add sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and stir.

In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, coconut oil then whisk.

Pour wet ingredients into dry mix. Gently fold in.

The mix will be thick. Add nuts or fruits if using any and mix briefly.

Spoon into muffin pan.
