Summer vegetable & Wakame Seaweed Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 pieceJapanese Cucumber
  2. 8 piecesSmall Tomato (or 1pc large tomato)
  3. 2 tbspDried Wakame Seaweed
  4. <Sauce ingredients>
  5. 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  6. 2 tspRice Vinegar
  7. 1 tspSugar
  8. 1/2 tspSesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Nip the tips off of a cucumber. Peel the cucumber in alternating strips. Cut the cucumber into random chunks (bite size).

  2. 2

    Cut small tomatoes into half.

  3. 3

    Soak Wakame Seaweed in water to reconstitute it and wring.

  4. 4

    Combine Sause ingredients and add Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Wakame Seaweed.
