Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1/2 kg chaap
  2. 5 tspcorn starch
  3. 2-3 tspcurd
  4. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. to tastedeggi mirch
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1-2 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 2-3 tsplemon juice

    Boiled the chaap

  2. 2

    Add curd, black pepper, deggi mirch, garam masala, cornstarch, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Coated boil chaap with this curd mixture.

  4. 4

    Grease oil on non stick tawa put the chaap and fry.

  5. 5

    Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
