Handfulcroutons
1grated carrot (grated)
Halfa lettuce(shredded)
Deseeded tomatoes (cut in strips)
Quarter onion(in strips)
For the dressing
1 tbsmustard
1 tspSeasame oil
1 tspsunflower oil
1 tbsvinegar /lemon
