Rice and green moong dal idli
Steps

Wash and soak rice,dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 to 8 hours with enough water

Drain and grind it in a smooth with little water

Add salt and mix well

Just before steaming add fruit salt mix gently

Put little batter in each greased idli mould
- 6
Steam for 10 to 15 mins
- 7
Serve with chutney
