Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupself raising flour
  2. 2 tspfresh mint chopped
  3. 1/2 cupoil
  4. 1. Cup sugar
  5. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 3/4 cupmilk
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/4 cupchocolate chips
  9. For the ganache
  10. 1/2 cupcream
  11. 1 tspfresh mint chopped
  12. 1/2 cupchocolate
  13. 1 tspchillies

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients until combined

  2. 2

    Bake at 180 for 45-60 mins

  3. 3

    In a double broiler melt the chocolate and cream till incorporated

  4. 4

    Pour over the cake and serve warm
