Steps

First soak rice & soyabean granulesin in water for 20 min, separately

Take a karahi,put oil in it

When it got hot put jeera in it until it becomes golden in colour

Put all the veggies in it & drain the water from soyabean granules& add it in the veggies

Drain out the water from rice & add it in the veggies with 2 cup of water,salt & grounded black pepper

Slow down the flame for 20 min,Cover the karahi with lid
- 7
Garnish with paneer or cheese
- 8
Serve hot with yoghurt
