Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupBasmati Rice
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. 1 cupyoghurt
  4. 1/4 tspjeera or cummim seeds
  5. 1tsp salt
  6. 1/2tsp grounded black pepper
  7. 1onion,cut in length wise
  8. 1tomato chopped
  9. 1capsicum chopped
  10. 1/2 cuppeas
  11. 1/2 cupsoaked soyabean granules
  12. 1small potato,cut in small sizes
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. 1/2 cup boiled corns
  15. 6,7 piecescheese or paneer
  16. Mangoes

Steps

20 min
  1. 1

    First soak rice & soyabean granulesin in water for 20 min, separately

  2. 2

    Take a karahi,put oil in it

  3. 3

    When it got hot put jeera in it until it becomes golden in colour

  4. 4

    Put all the veggies in it & drain the water from soyabean granules& add it in the veggies

  5. 5

    Drain out the water from rice & add it in the veggies with 2 cup of water,salt & grounded black pepper

  6. 6

    Slow down the flame for 20 min,Cover the karahi with lid

  7. 7

    Garnish with paneer or cheese

  8. 8

    Serve hot with yoghurt
