Ingredients

  • 200 gmwheat flour
  • 400 gmjaggery
  • 1 tspfennel seeds
  • Mustard oil to fry
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 1/2cup water in jaggery and let it heat and boil..

  2. 2

    Now mix all ingredients except oil.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and put spoonful of mixture in oil and fry both sides till it's golden in medium flame.

  4. 4

    And enjoy..it's Uttarakhand dish so fried in mustard oil..
