  • 200 gmwhite wheat flour (mota pisa atta)
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 200 gmpure ghee
  • 500 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan boil water and sugar till sugar melts

  2. 2

    Heat a kadahi on medium heat add ghee till it melts

  3. 3

    Add wheat flour and roast on medium flame until aroma spreads and colour is golden brown. Stir continuously

  4. 4

    Add sugar syrup and stir continuously on high flame until required consistency is achieved

  5. 5

    Delicious halwa is ready to relish
