I was out of gas and needed to make cakes for my nephew n law visting, so quickly checked and found Cynthia recipe on steaming Cakes and the rest is history.

Steps

Greased the mugs with butter and set aside
- 2
Sieve flour, Baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl and mix in the sugar

Breaks egg,. Pour in oil, vanilla extract, milk together and whisk together thoroughly.

Pour all the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisky everything up... if too thick, you may add just a little oil to get a running consistency.

Distribute the Bater into the greased mugs

In pot of boiling water, arrange in the mugs with Bater, but make sure it just get to the half way mark of the mugs.

Cover the top with the foil, so that the steams is trapped in the pot and water doesn't enter the mug.

Steam for 15- 20 mins or till a sewer inserted comes out dry.

Remove from heat, allow to cool a bit and serve with your favorite chilled drink...
