Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Locust bean
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix equal amount of tomatoes scotch bonnet and pepper then onion.

  2. 2

    Grind and set aside

  3. 3

    Put cooking oil in pot add slices of onion once hot add beef

  4. 4

    Fry until fried well then add water salt and daddawa, cook until meat is tender.

  5. 5

    Then add your grinded tomatoes

  6. 6

    Start cooking until half the water content has reduced

  7. 7

    Then stare, this is the hard part. Continue staring for 3 hours until stew has turned to marroun and relative amount of oil is on top.

  8. 8

    Save stew for months, does not need refrigeration.

  9. 9

    Just check at the back of her door next time you come visit. 😁
