Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsabudana
  2. 2potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  3. 5– 6 green chilies
  4. 1 cuproasted peanut powder
  5. as neededCoriander leaves, chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteSugar
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak sabudana for 3 – 4 hours

  2. 2

    Grind green chilies and cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl, put together soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, chilli-cumin mixture, peanut powder, coriander leaves, salt and sugar. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Make small balls out of mixture.

  5. 5

    Heat a griddle and put some ghee on it.

  6. 6

    Cook it on middle flame till golden brown.
