Ingredients

  • 200 gflour
  • 100 gsugar
  • Candamon
  • Milk
  • Cooking oil
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together milk, sugar, eggs and Candamon

  2. 2

    Add flour little by little while whisking

  3. 3

    Whisk until it's thick. Add few spoons of oil and whisk

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and add little oil to prevent them from sticking.

  5. 5

    Fry both sides for a few minutes. Serve with a beverage of choice
