Steps

Add ghee garam masala chilli turmeric to gram flour and make their dough by adding water to it

By taking small -small parts of dough make their rolls

Heat the water in pan and put the rolls in it and boil it untill it gets somewhat soft

Take the rolls out and cut them into small pieces

Now heat the oil in pan and roast jeera in it

Add tomato onion garlic ginger paste salt chilli powder dhaniya powder into it

Rost it properly

Now gatta is ready,add fenugreek seeds in it

Serve gatta and enjoy😉😉
