Ingredients

  • 2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1envelop of dry yeast
  • 3/4 cupwater 110 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 1 teaspoonsugar 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil for coating

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast and kosher salt in the bowl

    Mix it well. Add the oil and water to the flour mixture. Mix well

  3. 3

    Knead the dough and then form a ball coat with the 3 tablespoon of oil and let it work/ rise for 1 hour covered.

    Flour a surface and roll it out.
