Peel and cut your plantains in circles, salt shake so that the salt will go round

Pour oil in a hot pan wait for it to heat up then pour the plantain in it. Fry till brown then bring out the plantain and keep in a sieve to drain the oil.

Pour out the oil in the frying pan then lower the heat.

Break your egg, put in the 1/4 spoon salt, the peppee and onions

Mix very well then pour into the hot pan. Fry till a little brown then flip it to the other side.

Once brown, turn off the heat, cut in bits and allow to cool a little.

Get your skewer, pass it thru one plantain then put egg, then plaintain, continue till you get to the tip of the skewer.

Enjoy it like a kebab
