Stuffed aloo pyaz ka paratha

Knead a soft dough using the wheat flour, salt and water. Let this rest for 10 minutes. While this is resting. Mix rest of the ingredients together for stuffing except oil.

Divide the potato filling into equal portions, and divide the dough into portions as well. Stuff each dough round with the potato stuff. Reshape to form a smooth round again.

Roll each stuffed round into thick parathas, shallow fry them on a pan, serve with some curd and butter.
