Wash the vegetables first. Cut into medium pieces.

In a kadhai, put mustard oil, add Afestodia and zeera.and half a tsp of turmeric powder.saute it

Now add ginger garlic,saute till golden colour.add onions and potatoes with salt,bcoz salt.and cover till the potatoes become half cooked.

Now add cauliflower and give a stir.cover the lid again And cooked till the cauliflower cooked half.

After that add tomatoes paste and green chillies and all the masalas and cover it again till the masalas and Tomates cooked properly.

Now stir it for a while.

Reduce the flame and saute till the water of tomatoes evaporates.

Add garam masala over it.serve it in dinner or lunch with roti, Prantha and u can sandwich too.
