Moong Daal Halwa

First of all dry roast the daal and soak it in the water for 1 hour.

Grind the soaked daal in the mixer grinder add very little of water while grinding.

Now heat half of the ghee in the heavy bottom karahi and roast Rava in it, add the grinded daal in it.

Continuously stir it on a low flame so that it should not stick to kadhai.

While stirring gradually add rest of the ghee.

When it starts leaving the edges of karahi then add sugar and Cardamom powder.

Serve hot with fried dry fruits.
