Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes peeled and cut in small slices
  2. 1tomato finely chopped
  3. 2green chilli finealy chopped
  4. 1 table spoonoil
  5. to tastesalt and red chilli
  6. 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves
  7. as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a cooker add oil and heat it now add tomatoes and green chilli fry it add salt and red chilli powder

  2. 2

    Now add potatoes and water and cover the lid

  3. 3

    After 2,3 whistle off the flame,garnish with coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Serve it with kuutu aata puri
