Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°c. Butter and flour your baking dish.

In a bowl sift all dry ingredients together and mix well.
- 3
Beat in oil, buttermilk, and eggs into flour mixture. Slowly beat in the coffee until just incorporated
- 4
Pour into baking dish and bake for 30-35mins. Test if a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin first before transferring to a rack to cool completely. Enjoy
