  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2small stem chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • 1/4bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupdesiccated coconut
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Steam the chopped banana stem

  2. 2

    Heat oil add nigella seeds and slitted green chilli

  3. 3

    Add steamed banana stem and saute until the stems get soft

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    Add coconut and sugar and mix

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
