Steps

Cook spaghetti according to instructions on packet; Drain and set aside.

Set a large pan over medium heat; add cooking oil and a little salt. Next, add ginger & garlic, fry for a few seconds and add the onions. Saute for 3-5mins or until translucent.

Add your tomatoes and chillies and fry to reduce moisture content. After about 5 mins, add your seasoning cubes and Curry powder.

Next, add your spaghetti and veggies, taste for salt and adjust to suit your taste. Toss for about 2mins, Turn off heat and serve with fried plantain and grilled chicken
