Take a bowl.mix suji and curd.rest it for 15-20 mins.

Now add water, ginger chilli paste,salt,sugar and oil.mix them properly.

Now heat dhokla stand Add baking soda in the batter.

Now grease the plate with oil and put batter in the plate.now place it in stand.steam dhokla for 10mins.

Now make a tadka.first put oil in pan heat the oil.put mustard seed,sesame seed,and green chilli and curry leaves, now add little water.

Now pour tadka on dhokla spongy suji Dhokla is ready to be served.
