You can make so many different kinds of stuffed shells! Growing up I always had it stuffed with meat and cheese so I wanted to try something new . 🙂
Steps
- 1
Take a big pot and fill it with water. Put it to boil. Add salt to taste. Once the water is very hot you add the pasta shells.
- 2
Boil for only about 8 minutes or so but make sure you don’t over cook the pasta shell. Drain and wait until it cools.
- 3
Take the ricotta, Parmesan and half of the bag of mozzarella and mix together. Add some salt and pepper as well. Start filling your shells with the cheese mixture. Put some pasta sauce on the base of the pan then add the shells on top. After that you put some more sauce then add the remaining cheese. Make sure you preheat your oven to 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
