Ingredients

  • 200 gmmawa
  • 50 gmmaida
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 200 gmsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida,mawa and baking powder...make smooth dough

  2. 2

    Make small balls without crack on that...fry them on low flame in very less hot oil till golden brown

  3. 3

    Other side make sugar syrup,mix water and sugar make 1 string chashni....

  4. 4

    Place gabjamun in hot chashni..dip for 2 hours and enjoy
