Ingredients

  1. 250 gmmaida
  2. 500 gmmava
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 kgsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Maida mava and baking powder maxed together. And make small ball

  2. 2

    With out cracks.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying
    Fry all ball on low flame
    In very less heat oil

  4. 4

    Till Gildan brown

  5. 5

    Other side make sugar and water mix

  6. 6

    Make 1 string chasni

  7. 7

    Place gulab jamun in hot chasni..... Dip for full day
