Ingredients

  • 2over riped plantain
  • 2 cupsflour
  • Vanillah flavour
  • 1tblspoon of baking powder
  • 4eggs
  • 2 tblsbutter milk
  • 1/2 cupbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Pile the plantain and blend don't let it smooth u can even mash it with spoon

  2. 2

    Beat butter with sugar gradually add eggs mix

  3. 3

    Combine all the dry ingredients together and add to the mixture

  4. 4

    Add mash plantain,add milk and flavour

  5. 5

    Mix for few minutes bake for 30munites
