Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add cumin seeds, Mustard seeds,let it sizzle.then add Ginger garlic paste,Cook it for 1/2 min, then add grated onion, chopped green chillies, cook it very well, till the colour of onion become golden brown,then add grated tomatoes, salt, mix it,cook it for 1 min.then add all the spices (coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,) roasted besan, mix it well. Cook all the masala till all oil get separate from masala, add 1 cup water mix it properly,

A gravy will be ready, squeeze all the soya badi so soaked water will come out,add this squeezed badi into gravy and Cook it for 2-3 min.then add garam masala kitchen king masala kasori methi, Cook for 1/2 to 1 min.

Serve it with roti or rice.
