Finely chop the vegetables.

Make dough with plain flour and keep it to rest for 5 mins. After 10 mins make chapaties of this dough.

Take a pan and add oil to it. Now add chopped vegetables and black pepper, salt, red chilli powder and chopped green chilli and blanch for 5 mins. Then switch off your flame and let it cool for 5 mins.

Now take a chapati and put some vegetable mixture on it.

Now place one or two cheese slices on chapati.

Roll the chapati and microwave for 5 mins.

Cut these chapaties in two parts and serve with tomato sauce.
