Steps

Blanch the palak,and make a puree.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add chopped onion and saute it.

Add chopped tomatoes and all dry spices and saute till leave the oil.

Now add palak puree and some water and boil it.

Add paneer and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with naan
