The first step is to pour the beans in a clean bowl.add water and rinse properly. After that add to boiling water in a pot and cook until the beans are soft. Once soft drain the remaining water if there is and set aside.parboil your rice and drain the water.cook the rice with little salt.when the water is almost absorbed add the beans and stir.reduce heat to low and allow it to absorb the remaining water.serve with the groundnut oil,pepper,stock cube,chopped tomatoes,cucumbers and onions.
