Boil your mutton with little water and when it dries up set aside.

In a separate sufuria fry your onions, garlic and ginger until they start to brown.

Add in your already boiled mutton and let them cook in the onions until they brown further.

Add in your blended tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and capsicum and cover the sufuria with a lid.

After 5 min stir then add in your Chillie cubes and pour in a little hot water in and let it simmer.

After 5 minutes your food is ready and you can now serve with ugali and your desired vegetables. Enjoy 😋😋
