Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 teaspoonbutter
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1 teaspoonajwain
  5. 2green chilli paste
  6. some green coriander paste
  7. 1/2 cuppalak paste
  8. oil for deep fry
  9. water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add flour, palak paste, salt, green chilli paste, coriander paste, butter, ajwain and required water and make a dough and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Divide the dough in small ball and roll it in small size.and deep fry in medium flame.and serve it hot. with any curry, pickles, or sauce.
