Ingredients

24 Cookies
  1. 1 cupPeanut Butter (plain or crunchy)
  2. 2/3 cupSugar (may use 1/2 white, 1/2 brown)
  3. 1/2 cupOatmeal, steel cut, quick 3 minute
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 tspBaking Soda

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Combine and mix all ingredients.

  2. 2

    Let set for 1 hr in refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Roll dough into 1 inch balls onto cookie sheet. Apply criss cross pattern with fork.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350°. Bake approx. 12 - 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Allow to cool, ENJOY !
