Wash and cut the potatoes to your desired shape, sprinkle salt on the potatoes

Add oil in a pan on a medium low heat cook till the potatoes are soft then increase the flame to high and cook till nice golden brown and crunchy...enjoy with tomatoe sauce, ketchup
