Ingredients

1 bowlsuji
1 bowlcurd
1onion chopped
1carrot grated
1green chilli
1capsicum chopped
1 tspblack pepper
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Steps

Soaked semolina in curd for 2 hours.

Add chopped onion,capsicum,green chilli,green coriander,grated carrot,black pepper and salt mix it well.

Add some water and make a batter.

Heat the tawa pour this batter make uttapam and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve with tomato sauce.
