Firstly soak your couscous with hot water for 10 minutes and boil chopped veggies for 10minutes after it boils then sieve it in a Siever and set aside

Chop onions pepper and set aside put all necessary spices in in a plate and keep aside

Put oil in a pot then add in chopped onions and stir fry until caramelized then add in pepper and stir fry add in chicken stock Maggi and spices allow to cook until it boils then add in soaked couscous and stir in very well then add in your veggies and stir until it is done and keep aside you can serve with salad or coleslaw
